Video Processing and AI Analysis
When you upload or capture video files for analysis through our platform, only anonymized oocyte video is processed. No patient health information is collected or stored. AI-generated morphological scoring output is stored and linked to your clinic account. Video files and results are retained in accordance with applicable medical data retention requirements.
Legal basis: Processing is based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for providing AI-assisted morphological analysis services and contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
ReSpindle is a CE Mark certified MDR Class I decision support tool. It provides morphological pattern scoring output and is not intended for autonomous clinical diagnosis. All results should be evaluated by qualified embryologists.
